Before you have keys.
We go through your onboarding questionnaire and start building out your plan: who to call, where to go, what to sort first. So when you have keys, you’re not starting from zero. You’re already moving.
Week one.
You have keys. We’re in touch within 24 hours and the first priorities start moving: your dog’s vet, your GP, whatever came up first in your questionnaire.
Weeks two through four.
Introductions begin. You get a proper orientation to your neighbourhood, not a tour, an actual picture of how it works and where things are. The practical parts of your life here get built out gradually, which is how it should go.
Day 30.
A proper check-in. What’s landed, what hasn’t, and what the second half of your time together needs to focus on.
Weeks five through eight.
The social and professional introductions deepen. You’re in the rooms that matter, or getting there. Things are starting to click.
Day 60.
We come back to what you said you needed at the start and make sure it’s true. Then we celebrate.
