Calgary Relocation Concierge
Now there’s a lot that hasn’t been figured out yet. Where you’re actually going to live. Whether the neighbourhood makes sense for someone with a dog and a schedule that doesn’t leave much room. Who you even call when you need a real recommendation and don’t know anyone.
That’s what Landed YYC is for.
Tell us about your move
There’s a version of relocating that looks good on paper and is genuinely hard in practice.
You’re capable. You’ve figured out harder things than this. But arriving somewhere new with no one in your corner, while also starting a senior role, is a specific kind of hard that doesn’t really show up in the plan.
Most people white-knuckle through the first six months. Some come out fine. A lot of them spend the better part of a year feeling behind in ways they can’t quite name.
The right support early on changes how the whole thing goes.
The 60-day integration.
Not a welcome kit. Not a spreadsheet of local recommendations you’ll screenshot and never look at again. Landed YYC works with you through the first two months on the things that actually eat your time.
By day 60 you have a routine. Your dog has a vet, a walker, somewhere decent to go on a Saturday morning. You’ve been put in front of the right people professionally. The city hasn’t fully clicked yet but it’s getting there.

Who this is for
You’re not looking for someone to hold your hand through this.
You’ve relocated before maybe, or you haven’t, but you figure things out. What you don’t have is six months to spend getting oriented while also starting a new job.
Landed YYC works with single professional women relocating to Calgary for senior roles. Women who arrive without a network, with a dog who needs an actual life here not just a new address, and who have better things to do than spend their evenings on Google trying to figure out what everyone else already knows.
If that’s you, get in touch.
From the founder
I was born and raised in Calgary. I know which neighbourhoods actually work for the life you’re describing, which people are worth knowing, and which rooms are worth your time, because I’ve spent my career inside them. I’ve built my professional life here, I’ve always had a dog, and the network I’m handing you took me decades to build.
Landed YYC came out of seeing a real gap. Capable women arriving in a city with no shortcut to belonging, figuring it out the hard way when they didn’t have to. I built this because I could actually fix it.

Before you reach out
Landed YYC is a 60-day concierge integration service for professional women relocating to Calgary alone. We handle the things that eat your time when you arrive somewhere new: finding the right neighbourhood, getting your dog sorted, figuring out who’s actually worth knowing here. By day 60, you feel like you live here.
Women in senior roles who’ve relocated to Calgary alone. The kind of person who figures things out, but who also has a demanding new job, a dog who needs a real life here, and no time to spend the first six months getting oriented. If you arrived without a network and you’re building everything from scratch, we built this for you.
The 60-day integration covers three things. Getting your daily life properly set up: the GP, a gym you’ll use, your dog sorted with a vet they trust and somewhere decent to go on a Saturday morning. Real social introductions to women worth knowing. And getting you professionally visible in Calgary at the right level. Direct WhatsApp access throughout for everything that doesn’t have a Google answer.
There are three options. The Arrival is $4,500, pillars one and two over 30 days. The Full Landing is $7,500 for all three pillars over 60 days, and it’s what most clients choose. White Glove starts at $12,000 and runs 90 days with a quarterly check-in. All options are 50% upfront, the remainder at day 30.
Yes. Your dog is part of the brief from day one, not a footnote. We sort the vet, the groomer, a walker for the long days, and the off-leash parks actually worth going to. Lindsay was born and raised in Calgary and has always had a dog. She already knows which vets are worth the wait and which parks are worth the drive.
Get in touch at [email protected] or through the contact page. We start with a conversation: your move, your situation, what you’re dealing with. Landed YYC works with a small number of clients at a time, so if Calgary is on the horizon, it’s worth reaching out before your calendar fills up.
